Fits 2009-2023 Touring . This kit is our entry level package kit! Comes with our 3.22 (3" Viper) bags, 3" Minister rear fender and super bright CVO smoked lights, harness & plate frame.  Bags are carpeted everything is primed and our parts are built in house 100% USA you can get these Kits in duals, right side and no exhaust cutouts! This 3" Minister fender DOES fit stock and stretched Harley bags.

Complete kit comes with Bags, Fender, Wire Harness, Plate Frame and CVO Smoked Lights

This kit does not come with Side Covers. Side Covers are available, reach out you'd like them added to this kit.
