Shipping policy

Shipping
We meticulously package your newly painted parts so that it arrives free from defects. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We use UPS for most larger items within the USA and USPS for smaller items and international orders. This can vary from product to addresses.

We do not provide "Signature Required" options on our shipped parts unless noted otherwise per the customer. All shipping carriers provide up to a $100 insurance on their packages which is included with all of our shipments. 

Once the package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. We will work and help in anyway we can on any damaged, lost, etc packages but Factory Match LLC is ultimately not liable for any of the above incidents. We have had very little mishaps when it comes to shipping our products over the years (knock on wood), but mistakes do happen. Reach out to us with any concerns before or after we ship your order.

 

International Orders - Factory Match LLC is not liable for any import fees and or taxes once it reaches the customers country. That is purely on the customer.
