Refund policy

Customers may return most new, unmounted products for a refund within 30 days of delivery. There is a 65% restock fee of all returns. These items should be in their original packaging and box. Returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email and request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning your items. This RMA number should be easily visible on the outside of the returned package. Remember, if you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for the shipping back to us. If any damage occurs in the return shipping, Factory Match LLC is not liable for it and the customer will either be charged an additional fee or will not receive their refund back. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

Mounted or used
Missing their serial number or UPC Special orders (returned at our discretion)
Returned more then 30 days after delivery
Returned without notification

Cancelled Orders

Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking/credit card fee no matter the timeline of the order. Once an order is processed and the customer receives the invoice, sales are final. Due to the nature of our business everything is made to order, therefore there will be a 25% restock and process fee for any cancelled orders under $1,000 & 35% restock/processing fee for any orders over $1,000. Questions about your order or changes to your order should be addressed with Factory Match LLC. In the case of a cancelled order Factory Match LLC has full discretion
