Everything is made from heavy duty fiberglass, Made right in the USA. The bags come lined with carpet on the inside. These are made for the 2014-2023 bag lids/latches but will fit your 2009-2013 Touring HD. If your using these on the 2009-2013 HD you will need to switch over to the 2014-2023 lids/latches.
The kit includes - bags, fenders, side covers, Chrome or Black lighted license plate frame & CVO LED lights
